program has something for everyone! All Access offerings
include Zumba, BODYPUMP™, Pilates, Yoga, Studio Cycling,
Step, Kickboxing, Boot Camp and many other GROUP exercise class

Instructional
Class offerings are programs that teach a various skill that
progress each week. Try a boxing or belly dance
class this summer to punch or shimmy your way into
shape. Summer Instructional Classes run June 1st
